Access your account using SmartHub

SmartHub makes it easy to pay and manage your account. It is a web and mobile app that allows you to:

Visit rivrtech.net and click on My Account in the top menu (good news, you’re already here). Follow the link that says Pay Now.

Through our SmartHub program, you may access your account anytime, day or night! Registration is simple, fast, and convenient. Members can view and pay their bill, pay multiple accounts, review account history, and print bills. To sign-up for SmartHub, click on the “Manage My Account” option on the homepage or go to https://lumbeeriver.smarthub.coop/Login.html

You will need to dial our toll-free payment line specifically designated for payments to make a payment over the phone. The toll-free telephone number is 844-827-4761. The reason for a separate payment line is to protect the data associated with your credit cards.

With each monthly billing, you will receive a courtesy envelope to mail your payment to us. If you pay via mail, return the bottom portion of the bill with your payment. Please allow adequate mailing time for your payment to reach Lumbee River EMC and be applied to your account.

Stop by any of our locations to pay your bill. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Can’t make it during our business hours? No problem. Each office is equipped with a drop box conveniently located by the drive-thru service window.

Drop your check or money order along with the bottom portion of your bill, and your payment will be applied to your account within 48 hours.

PaySite Kiosks are the fastest, easiest, most convenient way to pay your RIVR Tech bill. Payments post immediately to your account, and there’s no processing fee. Payment methods include cash, check, debit, and credit cards. PaySite Kiosks are available at our Pembroke, Lumberton, North Center office locations and your local Fresh Foods IGA grocery stores.
